How long do refunds/exchanges take?Updated 2 years ago

Once we have received your return package, please allow our team 3-7 business days to inspect and process the item(s) for both refunds and exchanges.

 

Refund Requests: 

If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process a refund back to your original payment method used on the order. You will receive a refund notification via email and the funds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your payment method.

 

Exchange Requests: 

If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.

  • If stock is AVAILABLE, a new order will be created for your exchange request and you will receive a confirmation email with those new details.
  • If stock is UNAVAILABLE, a refund will be issued back to your original payment of the order. IMPORTANT: Returns will not be reshipped if stock is unavailable.

In the unlikely event, it has been longer than 7 business days that your return has been delivered to us or you have other concerns/questions, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you shortly.
