Can I make changes to my order?

We CANNOT change any items or sizes in an order once it has been submitted. But, below are some changes we CAN make to an order.

 

How to cancel your order:

  • You can cancel your order within 24-hours of placing it. Simply go to your confirmation email and click the 'View your order' button. Once you are on the order status page you will see both "Reorder" and "Cancel My Order" under Order Actions.
  • After 24-hours we do not accept cancellations for orders. This is stated in all confirmation emails.

Update your ADDRESS:

  • We can absolutely update your address as long as your order is not fulfilled yet. Please contact our support team and include your new address so we can assist you.

Update your EMAIL:

  • Contact our Streignth Support Team and include your new email so we can assist you.
  • If for whatever reason you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to the Streignth Support Team.
