Once we have received your return package, please allow our team 3-7 business days to inspect and process the item(s) for both refunds and exchanges.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process a refund back to your original payment method used on the order. You will receive a refund notification via email and the funds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your payment method.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
- If stock is AVAILABLE, a new order will be created for your exchange request and you will receive a confirmation email with those new details.
- If stock is UNAVAILABLE, a refund will be issued back to your original payment of the order. IMPORTANT: Returns will not be reshipped if stock is unavailable.
