Order Cancellation, Address Change, and Returned to Sender PolicyUpdated a year ago
FOR CANCELLING ORDERS:
We understand mistakes can happen. After you place your order, there's a 15-minute cancellation window for items not tagged as FINAL SALE (view our Final Sale Policy here); after that if you'd still like to cancel, please initiate a return/exchange upon delivery.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
If you'd like to change your address post-order, please update it via your email order confirmation. You have until the order is fulfilled to update the address. If it's too late and the order has already been fulfilled, contact the courier for delivery preference updates.
DISCLAIMER: For incorrect addresses that aren't fixed, Streignth is not responsible of any refunds for misplaced or delivered orders. Please see The Search for the Missing Delivery if you have a delivered yet lost package for instructions.
IF YOUR ORDER CAN'T BE DELIVERED:
The courier will return it to our Warehouse, and you (the customer) are responsible of contacting us to notify whether you'd like a refund or for us to attempt shipping it back. Customer is liable for covering additional shipping costs in the event of a 2nd attempt to ship.
