If Your Package says, "DELIVERED" but you can't find it:
Don't sweat it! It's not uncommon for carriers to mark packages as delivered before they reach your doorstep. Wait at least 5 business days from the marked delivery date before taking action.
Check your property, mailbox, and neighbors during this period. If the wait is over or you need more help, contact our team for assistance in tracking your package through the carrier service.
We offer the ability to purchase ROUTE Insurance Protection at a minimal fee during checkout. This add-on helps you (the customer) with added security of filing claims for lost or stolen packages.
IF IT'S BEEN >5 BUSINESS DAYS AND YOU WEREN'T ROUTE PROTECTED:
- Contact your Post Office or UPS store, either by phone or in person, providing them with your tracking number. They can communicate with the driver to locate the missing package.
